بررسی اثرات اسید لینولئیک مزدوج و ویتامین E امولسیون شده بر عملکرد رشد و فراسنجه های خونی و سیستم ایمنی گوساله‌های شیرخوار هلشتاین

مقدمه‌: هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثرات امولسیون اسید لینولئیک مزدوج و ویتامین E بر عملکرد رشد، فراسنجه‌های خونی و سیستم ایمنی گوساله‌های شیرخوار هلشتاین بود.
مواد و روش ­ها: بدین منظور تعداد 48 راس گوساله هلشتاین تازه متولد شده با میانگین وزنی 2±40 کیلوگرم با 4 تیمار و 12 تکرار با آزمایش فاکتوریل (2×2) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی استفاده شدند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1) جیره بدون مکمل (شاهد)، 2) جیره پایه به همراه 2 گرم مکمل اسید لینولئیک مزدوج امولسیفه شده، 3)جیره پایه به همراه 500 میلی گرم ویتامین E امولسیفه شده و 4) جیره پایه به همراه 500 میلی‌گرم ویتامین E+2 گرم مکمل اسید لینولئیک مزدوج امولسفیه شده بودند.
نتایج‌: نتایج نشان داد که مکمل کردن جیره گوساله‌های شیرخوار با اسید لینولئیک مزدوج با و بدون ویتامین E تاثیر معنی داری بر وزن بدن، افزایش وزن روزانه، مصرف خوراک و ضریب تبدیل غذایی در مقایسه با گروه شاهد ایجاد نکرد. در 40 روزگی، گوساله‌های دریافت‌کننده اسیدلینولئیک مزدوج غلظت گلوکز بیش تری داشتند (0/05>P). اما غلظت کلسترول، تری گلیسرید، پروتئین و آلبومین تحت تاثیر عامل امولسیون اسید لینولئیک مزدوج، ویتامین E و اثرات متقابل آن‌ها قرار نگرفتند. مکمل‌کردن اسیدلینولئیک مزدوج در جیره غلظت اوره خون را در مقایسه با گروه شاهد کاهش داد اما افزودن ویتامین E بر اوره خون اثر افزایشی داشت (0/05>P). ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدانی کل خون در اثر عامل ویتامین E، امولسیون اسید لینولئیک مزدوج و اثرات متقابل آن‌ها به طور معنی‌داری افزایش یافت (0/05>P). در 40 روزگی فعالیت آلانین آمینوترانسفراز تحت تاثیر عامل ویتامین E کاهش یافت (0/05>P). غلظت گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز تحت تاثیر عامل اسید لینولئیک مزدوج و ویتامین E قرار گرفت (0/05>P). عامل اسیدلینولئیک مزدوج غلظت مالون دی الدهید و سوپراکسید دسموتاز را به‌طور معنی‌داری تحت تاثیر قرار داد (0/05>P). غلظت خونی اینترلوکین-6 تحت تاثیر عامل ویتامین E و اسیدلینولئیک مزدوج قرار‌گرفت. به‌طوری‌که گوساله‌های دریافت‌کننده امولسیون اسید لینولئیک مزدوج و ویتامین E غلظت اینترلوکین-6  پایین‌تری داشتند (0/05>P). تغذیه مکمل اسید لینولئیک مزدوج فاکتور نکروز دهنده تومور آلفا را به طور معنی‌داری تحت تاثیر قرار داد. به طوری‌که تغذیه گوساله‌های شیرخوار با امولسیون حاوی اسید لینولئیک مزدوج سبب کاهش فاکتور نکروز دهنده تومور الفا شد (0/05>P).
بحث و نتیجه ­گیری: به طور‌کلی نتیجه گیری می‌شود که استفاده از اسید لینولئیک مزدوج و ویتامین E به شکل امولسفیه شده عملکرد رشد گوساله‌های شیرخوار را بهبود نداد اما تاثیر قابل توجهی بر سیستم ایمنی و آنزیم‌های کبدی گذاشت.
