Introduction: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of consumption of different levels of salt-loving microalgae extract of Cyanothece sp. As a dietary supplement on the activity of antioxidant enzymes and blood parameters of young white-legged shrimp (Litopenaeusvannamei). Materials & Methods: For this purpose, 240 young shrimps with an average weight of about 3.03 17 0.17 g were stored in 12 70-liter tanks with a density of 20 in each tank, then different levels of 0 (control), 100 (treatment 1), 200 (treatment). 2) and 300 (treatment 3) mg/kg microalgae extract of Cyanothece sp. It was added to their diet as a supplement for 60 days. At the end of the experiment, different shrimp treatments were sampled and safety indices including glucose, total protein, superoxide dismutase, and catalase were compared with the control group. Results:The results showed that the number of antioxidant enzymes in all three groups was significant compared to the control group (P<0.05). The highest activity was observed in the treatment of 200 mg/kg. Also, no significant change was observed in protein and glucose levels of the three treatment groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:The results of this study showed that the use of 200 mg of microalgae aqueous extract per kg of diet used in the diet of Western white shrimp will have a significant effect on increasing immunity by increasing the activity of antioxidant enzymes and their consumption. Recommended for nutrition and safety management in Western White Shrimp.
