fa اثر آنزیم های مختلف بر عملکرد جوجه های گوشتی تغذیه شده با جیره های بر پایه گندم The effect of supplementation of wheat-based diet with different enzymes on broilers performance تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: گندم به عنوان یک منبع مهم انرژی در تغذیه طیور و به دلیل کمبود ذرت مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. اما گندم حاوی ترکیبات ضدمغذی بیش تری هم چون کربوهیدرات های غیرنشاسته ای (NSP) نسبت به ذرت است که می توانند رشد پرندگان را تحت تاثیر قرار دهند. این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثرات آنزیم های مختلف زایلاناز، بتاگلوکاناز، ماناناز، سلولاز و گلوکز اکسیداز بر عملکرد جوجه های گوشتی تغذیه شده با جیره های بر پایه گندم انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: در این آزمایش 1440 قطعه جوجه گوشتی ROSS 308 و در هر پن به تعداد 15 قطعه و مجموعا در 96 واحد به صورت تصادفی تقسیم بندی شدند. تیمار شاهد، گروه دریافت کننده جیره بر پایه گندم وکنجاله سویا بدون هیچ افزودنی آنزیمی بود. دوزهای مختلف آنزیم زایلاناز شامل 1000، 2000 و 4000 μ/Kg، آنزیم ماناناز به ترتیب شامل دوزهای 2500، 5000 و 10000 μ/Kg، آنزیم بتاگلوکاناز شامل دوزهای 500، 1500 و 3000 μ/Kg، آنزیم سلولاز شامل دوزهای 1000، 2000 و 4000 μ/Kg و دوزهای آنزیم گلوکزاکسیداز به ترتیب شامل دوزهای 40، 50 و 60 μ/K، درنظر گرفته شدند. در ابتدای آزمایش هر 15 قطعه جوجه با هم توزین و به پنهای آزمایشی اختصاص داده شدند. در پایان روز 7، 14، 21، 28، 35 و 42 روزگی همه جوجه های هر پن با هم توزین شدند. متوسط وزن بدن، افزایش وزن بدن، خوراک مصرفی، ضریب تبدیل محاسبه شد. نتایج: نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که در روز 35 پرورش وزن جوجه ها در گروه مصرف کننده u/kg 4000 زایلاناز نسبت به گروه شاهد و گروه مصرف کننده u/kg 1000 زایلاناز به طور معنی داری افزایش یافت (0/05p<). در روزهای 35 و 42 پرورش وزن جوجه ها در گروه های مصرف کننده بتاگلوکوناز نسبت به گروه شاهد به طور معنی داری افزایش یافت (0/05p<). هم چنین در روزهای 28، 35 و 42 دوره پرورش، وزن جوجه ها در گروه مصرف کننده u/kg 4000 سلولاز نسبت به گروه شاهد به طور معنی داری افزایش یافت (0/05p<). گروه مصرف کننده u/kg 60 گلوکر اکسیداز نسبت به گروه شاهد عملکرد بهتری در روزهای 28، 35 و 42 دوره پرورش نشان داد (0/05p<). هم چنین مقدار خوراک مصرفی در روز 42 و در گروه مصرف کننده u/kg 60 و 50 گلوکراکسیداز به طور معنی داری نسبت به گروه شاهد افزایش یافت (0/05p<). بحث و نتیجه گیری: استفاده از آنزیم های زایلاناز، بتا گلوکاناز، سلولاز و گلوکز اکسیداز سبب بهبود عمکرد جوجه های گوشتی تغذیه شده با جیره های بر پایه گندم شده است. </div> <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0in 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">Introduction: Wheat is used as an important source of energy in poultry. While wheat contains more anti-nutritional factors such as non-starch polysaccharides (NSPs) which can affect the bird’s growth. This experiment was performed to investigate the effects of different enzymes including Xylanase, Beta-Glucanase, Mannanase, Cellulase, and Glucose oxidase on the performance of broilers fed wheat-based diets. Materials & Methods: In this experiment, a total of 1440 ROSS 308 broilers were randomly divided into 96 pens including 15 birds in each pen. The control group received a wheat-based diet without any enzymatic supplementation. Different doses of Xylanase including 1000, 2000, and 4000 μ/Kg, Mannanase including doses of 2500, 5000 and 10000 μ/Kg, Betaglucanase including doses of 500, 1500 and 3000 μ/Kg, Cellulase including doses of 1000, 2000 and 4000 μ/Kg and Glucose oxidase enzyme including doses of 40, 50 and 60 μ/Kg, respectively, were considered. At the beginning of the experiment, all 15 birds were weighed and assigned to the experimental pens. At the end of days 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, and 42 days, all chickens in each pen were weighed. Mean body weight, body weight gain, feed intake, and feed conversion ratio were calculated. Results: The results of this experiment showed that on day 35 of the rearing period, the weight of chickens in the group consuming 4000 μ/Kg Xylanase increased significantly compared to the control group. On days 35 and 42, the weight of chickens in the groups consuming Beta Gluconase increased significantly compared to the control group (p<0.05). Also, on days 28, 35, and 42 of the rearing periods, the weight of chickens in the group consuming 4000 μ/Kg Cellulase increased (p<0.05). The group consuming 60 g/kg Glucroxidase showed better performance than the control group on days 28, 35, and 42 of the breeding periods (p<0.05). The feed intake of the group consuming 60 and 50 g/kg Glucosidase increased significantly compared to the control group (p<0.05).
